Job Title: Senior Financial Accounting Manager - Private Credit Funds

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead our senior credit fund accounting team in a high-level role. The ideal candidate will oversee all closed-ended fund accounting operations, working closely with clients, fund administrators, relationship managers, and operations heads within the U.S.

The team is responsible for providing comprehensive fund accounting services for private credit funds. Key responsibilities include managing a variety of funds, handling complex P&L allocations, performing waterfall calculations, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics (or international equivalent).
  • 10+ years of experience in fund accounting, with at least 6+ years in private credit funds accounting.
  • Experience specifically in private credit funds, including loan accounting, cash reconciliation, expense reimbursement, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of credit fund structures, master-feeder, SPVs, blockers, and hurdle rates.
  • Ability to prepare SOPs, identify process improvements, and work with investran or similar fund accounting systems.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
