Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our IT infrastructure within a finance-regulated environment.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in IT, with experience in resolving complex technical issues, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security controls. They will also be proficient in cloud platforms, cybersecurity best practices, and endpoint protection.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolve 95% of IT-related issues within defined SLAs, ensuring high-quality deliverables with minimal downtime.
  • Conduct quarterly risk assessments and implement security controls aligned with financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize services on cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Configure and enforce policies using Intune and MDM solutions.
  • Conduct and support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) audits.
  • Maintain endpoint protection and threat detection using Microsoft Defender and other tools.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, monitor network traffic, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Administer Linux servers, automate tasks using scripting languages, and maintain detailed records of configurations and compliance reports.
