Leadership Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our high-performing team and drive business success. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead team performance, monitor work, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their capabilities and deliver high-quality results
  • Identify performance-related issues, develop actionable plans for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain exceptional service quality by meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Conduct regular team meetings to promote open communication and facilitate decision-making
  • Stay current on internal processes, policies, and procedures, attending required training sessions as needed
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in implementing management policies and making informed decisions

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO environment
  • Strong operational skills, including knowledge of metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, and SLA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
