Lead Engineering Teams and Develop Strategic Roadmaps

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Engineering Manager to help drive the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading high-performing teams of engineers in building and scaling production applications.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and ensure technical excellence.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project initiatives
  • Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and contribute to a culture of high-quality code
  • Work closely with management to drive innovation and growth across the organization
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 2+ years of engineering management experience
  • Designed, built, and scaled production applications and very hands-on in leading a team of highly competent engineers
  • Experience in upleveling junior engineers via processes and setting a high bar for them to follow
  • Deep customer empathy for primary customer stakeholders
