This exciting opportunity allows you to work on ServiceNow HRSD projects as a developer in an enterprise-wide, multitier environment.

\

We are seeking an experienced professional with solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

\

Key responsibilities include leading solution designs, implementing complex ServiceNow projects, and handling HR processes like HR Case Management and Employee Journey Management.

\

Additionally, we require a basic understanding and ability to script automated processes using Agile/Scrum methodology.

\

As a technical lead, you will collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

\

Required skills and qualifications :\

  • \
  • 8 to 10 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer\
  • At least 10 to 12 years of experience in the Human Resource domain\
  • ServiceNow Administration certification\
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist HRSD\
  • Angular-based front-end and server-side scripting in ServiceNow\
  • Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, and other core ServiceNow scripting features\
  • Utilization of ServiceNow APIs like GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, etc.\
  • Agile/Scrum methodology for delivery and collaboration\
  • Technical design sessions and documentation of solution architectures\
  • Incident resolution and ongoing system enhancement requests\
