
Counter Staff Representative

Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a counter staff. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by attending walk-in customers at the counter and handling bookings efficiently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and possess in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
- Convert all footfalls into bookings by effectively communicating with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Build strong relationships with customers by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to their queries.
- Ensure timely reporting and accurate data entry to maintain high standards of performance.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to support telecalling efforts, coordinate with delivery staffs, and update PODs of delivered shipments.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
- Accurately track cash bookings daily and update the status for regular important clients.
- Achieve and surpass targets set by HO Regional Retail in charge through effective sales strategies and excellent customer engagement.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to customers, providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Verify IDs and conduct necessary checks before handing over cash realized from daily sales to the agency.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance, adhering to company dress code standards.
- Assist in maintaining branding, glow sign boards, logo letters, and overall visual appeal of the counter area.
- Collaborate with Admin Retail in-charge to ensure the upkeep and overall neatness of the counter area.
