Sales Key Account Manager

Pidilite Industries Limited, a leading player in the adhesives and sealants industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Key Account Manager for its Project Sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a minimum of 4-13 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the cement, paint, or construction chemical industries.
The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, activating builders to drive business growth, and leveraging retail management skills to optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand existing customer base
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales approach
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on relationship-building and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
