2. Analyze data from various sources, anticipate trends, and make informed decisions
3. Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
5. Train and direct associates on Amazon operations practices and protocols
6. Conduct site audits and monitor compliance with SOPs
7. Foster strong relationships with team members, customers, and partners
