Operations Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Consultant to join our team.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring Livepreneurs on various skills and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance to Livepreneurs on different skills, ensuring their success.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain excellent customer experience from design operations stage to project execution stage.
  • Process Improvement: Work with internal functions to provide insights and improve processes for Livepreneurs.
  • Drawings Review: Validate review work orders, BOQs, drawings, and identify design discrepancies and execution risks.
  • Scheduling: Prepare detailed project execution schedules highlighting interdependencies of tasks.
  • Auditing: Conduct site audits by doing regular site inspections and monitoring remotely with quality control.
  • Project Tracking: Ensure timely updates are available to customers and update project trackers summaries.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 5-10 Livepreneurs in a city or region.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and own implementation end-to-end.
  • Quality Custodian: Be the quality custodian of Livepreneurs projects, ensuring superlative customer experience.
