Front Office Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Front Office Specialist. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for creating strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have good experience in hands-on implementation and effective community building while managing revenue and profit-and-loss statements. You will focus on executing standard protocols, analyzing data, controlling expenses, collecting payments, renewing contracts, and managing vendors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Profit Center Head:
    • ASR and margin analysis
    • Expense control
    • Collections
    • Renewals
    • Vendor management
    • Retail management
    • Cost optimization
  • Community Building:
    • Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and hyperlocal alliances & partnerships
  • Client Satisfaction and Service Delivery:
    • Maximum renewals at budget seat price
    • Maintain above-target CSAT score
    • Every member being a brand ambassador
  • Training and People Development:
    • Guided practice & coaching to sub-ordinates and facility team
    • Self-development & readiness for next level: Shadow Community Manager
  • Vendor Management:
    • Conformance to purchase-to-pay process
  • Facilities Management:
    • Ensure upkeep of the center
    • Diligent towards preventive maintenance calendar
    • Adherence to compliances & protocols
    • Adapts to environmental-socio governance nuances diligently
  • Client Engagement and Brand Initiatives, CSR:
    • Execution of activities directed towards client engagement & brand initiatives
  • Team Player:
    • Collaborate within team & other stakeholders to drive execution
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with exemplary customer service skills and records, extroverted personalities, awareness and keen interest in current affairs, ambition and drive to demonstrate continuous upgradation in skills and knowledge, enthusiasm and noticeable participation, and key skills in relationship management, operations, cost & revenue management. The ideal candidate should have a hunger to grow with a 2-year focus on managing additional/increased responsibility, excellent written and verbal communication, and belief in extremely strong process execution.
