
Business Development Intern

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to join our team as an Intern, where you will have the chance to solve complex problems, drive revenue growth, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales teams on initiatives to maximise revenue — identify and fix funnel leakages, shape pricing/packaging strategies, and enable the team with better processes and tools.
- Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through strategic inputs and process design.
- Drive revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resources and targets are aligned.
- Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
- Possess a passion for business and sales, and be willing to take ownership of tasks to achieve results.
- Be able to context-switch between domains (support → sales → CX) without losing depth.
- Be comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in ambiguous environments.
- Have extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
