Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on initiatives to maximise revenue — identify and fix funnel leakages, shape pricing/packaging strategies, and enable the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through strategic inputs and process design.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for business and sales, and be willing to take ownership of tasks to achieve results.
  • Be able to context-switch between domains (support → sales → CX) without losing depth.
  • Be comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in ambiguous environments.
  • Have extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
