Technical Analytics & Measurement Specialist">

The position of Technical Analytics & Measurement Specialist is a key role in our company's strategy to leverage data-driven insights for business growth. As part of the cross-functional Data Governance & Technical Analytics team, you will play a crucial part in driving this transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing analytics strategies that incorporate future-proof tracking and data capture, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and best practices.
  • Managing and implementing performance and marketing analytics, including third-party tracking pixels, with or without a tag management system.
  • Leading investigations into gaps in analytics implementation and collaborating with legal and privacy teams to ensure compliance-related concerns are addressed.
  • Reviewing and validating the accuracy and performance of technical analytics implementations.

Additional tasks include developing and maintaining technical tagging instructions, implementation documentation, and standards based on changing business needs. You will also partner with analytics, data engineering, product, and marketing teams to identify business needs and translate them into optimized tracking solutions.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 8 years of experience working in technical analytics and measurement roles, preferably in media or advertising environments.
  • Strong experience managing and developing teams of analysts and/or specialists in measurement and implementation for efficient deliveries.
  • Proficiency in implementing analytics tags using Google Tag Manager or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with server-side tracking technologies such as server-side Google Tag Manager and Hightouch.
  • Experience with first-party data capture solutions such as Snowplow, Segment, or Rudderstack is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of tracking pixels and consent management platforms such as OneTrust, SourcePoint, or Ethyca, with strong awareness of data privacy.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript/HTML with ability to update scripts for tracking changes and privacy compliance.
