Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Insights Strategist to lead the development of data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering projects emphasizing data quality, integrity, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data-driven insights
  • Developing and maintaining complex data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations using SQL Server, Snowflake, Power BI, and Azure Cloud Data Platforms
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy through robust testing and validation methodologies

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in program or project management within the capital markets and financial services sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL Server, Snowflake, Power BI, ETL processes, and Azure Cloud Data Platforms
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies and modern data architecture
  • Advanced degrees (MBA, MS in Computer Science, or related fields) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, Snowflake Certified Architect, or Microsoft Power BI Certified)
