Job Opportunity: Compliance Executive

Job Description:

As a Compliance Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our company's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of generating EPF challans.
  • Reconcile PF-related accounts and transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide timely responses to PF-related queries and ensure their resolution.
  • Calculate Employee Provident Fund contributions with precision.
  • Conduct quality control checks for PF operations to maintain high standards.
  • Prepare and file statutory reports as required.
  • Ensure all employee inquiries are addressed within specified timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the EPF Act and related statutory laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
