Job Title: Senior Facebook Ads Manager

A highly skilled and experienced Social Media Professional is required to drive the success of our online marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer actions, planning A/B testing, and building a scientific campaign structure that combines with the team's content and design for effective conversion. You will also monitor and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP, and proactively expand budget based on performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, and CVR.

This role requires a strong performance mindset and knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager components, including Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, and CAPI. Prior experience in e-commerce, services, online courses, real estate, finance, and analytics is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will work in a data-driven environment, constantly testing with large budgets, and have opportunities to progress to Performance Lead or Digital Marketing Director.
