Job Title: Senior Meta Ads Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our international client accounts, design winning ad strategies, and drive measurable growth. As a Senior Meta Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-budget, performance-focused campaigns while directly engaging with clients. You will oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Meta ad strategies that drive conversions and growth.
  2. Client Management: Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  3. Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee the development of ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
  4. Budget Management: Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  5. Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), extract insights, and optimize campaigns for improved results.
  6. A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine campaign performance.
  7. Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients, with preference for experience in the Australian market.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently with clients from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
