Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity
  • Manage employee data, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
  • Manage payroll processes, including processing payrolls, handling employee queries, and resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, worker's compensation, and OH&S
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
