About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced leader to head our German language training centers and help learners achieve proficiency up to the B1 level.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will oversee the development of innovative language programs aligned with CEFR, lead curriculum material creation, assessment tools, and lesson plans. They will also be responsible for designing and conducting train-the-trainer programs to enhance trainer teaching skills, focusing on foreign language didactics and digital tools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure candidates succeed in their language exams.
  2. Visit satellite centers during regular visits to Noida and teach classes at MB premises.
  3. Taking B1 exam preps when candidates are ready for exams.
  4. Create plans for remedial and retests based on days left for the next exam, specific modules, and current scoring.
  5. Evaluate classroom performance through observations, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
  6. Create opportunities for experiential learning through cultural events, language clubs, and immersive activities.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to introduce intercultural training modules promoting cultural understanding.
  8. Conduct monthly assessments for candidates to ensure improvement in learning.

Requirements:

  1. C1 Level Certification in German Language from Goethe-Institut (mandatory).
  2. Proven experience managing German language training centers, preferably up to B2 level.
  3. Strong command of spoken and written German and English.
  4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  5. Passion for teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.
  6. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms.
