Job Title:

Senior Logistics Application Specialist

  • Provide expert-level support and maintenance for logistics applications in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Inbound and Outbound processes with expertise in OTM configuration.
  • Lead the integration of Oracle OTM Cloud with Microsoft D365 ERP and other ERP applications.
  • Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration, and unit testing.
  • Facilitate solution design workshops and write function design documents.
  • Support business users with test script execution and provide status reports to stakeholders.
  • Work independently on projects and production support with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with implementing Inbound and Outbound processes with in-depth experience in OTM Configuration.
  • At least one end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of OTM architecture, agents, saved queries, workflows, and user configurations.
  • Excellent knowledge of OTM/GTM data model and ability to write scripts in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.
  • OTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge of XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, and XML mappings is an advantage.
