Job Overview

  • Daily Store Operations:
    • Manage the overall performance of the business, ensuring sales targets are met
    • Direct staff in daily tasks such as customer service, inventory management and cash reconciliation
    • Assign duties to relevant employees, promoting teamwork and efficiency
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Hire and train new employees, focusing on effective onboarding
    • Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations
    • Monitor and control inventory levels within the store
  • Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role
    • Proven track record of employee training and sales success
    • Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills
