Marketing Communications Executive

We are seeking a creative and proactive professional to shape our presence across international markets.

  • Partner with business teams to design and execute targeted campaigns, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales growth.
  • Draft and refine sales emails, case studies, and product narratives tailored to customer segments, highlighting the unique value proposition of our solutions.
  • Develop collaterals (presentations, brochures, knowledge decks) showcasing the nutritional and scientific advantages of our products.
  • Manage digital channels, including newsfeed, website updates, and other online platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with sales cycles and product launches, delivering impactful storytelling and visuals.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-impact brand voice across all platforms, reflecting our values and mission.
  • Plan event participation, product launches, and booth collaterals, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Manage branding & communications for conferences, expos, and customer events, maximizing our visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate with PR partners to position us as leaders in recombinant proteins and sustainable animal nutrition.
  • Provide actionable insights to business development and leadership for refining positioning and messaging, informing strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex technical and scientific material into engaging, impactful narratives, captivating audiences and driving interest.
  • Create customized slide decks, case studies, and content for diverse customer segments, highlighting our unique value proposition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Background: Brand management, B2B marketing communications or related fields.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in brand, marketing, or communications (preferably B2B, biotech, or nutrition sectors).
  • Skilled in project management and email marketing.
  • Good to Have: Canva, Photoshop, or other design/photo/video editing tools.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability, particularly for scientific and technical content.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly across business units.
