Job Description

Aster Medcity seeks a skilled Operating Theatre Technician to join our team. This critical role involves assisting surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, ensuring the operating room is prepared, and maintaining instrument inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the operating room for surgeries by ensuring it's clean, sterile, and equipped with necessary instruments and supplies.
  • Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment while adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Assist in positioning patients for surgery, prioritizing their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
  • Provide support to surgical teams by handing instruments and supplies to surgeons and nurses during surgeries.
  • Set up and operate various medical equipment, including lights, suction devices, monitors, and anesthesia machines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
