Convergent Charging and Invoicing Expert - Join Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Convergent Charging and Invoicing Expert to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and providing advisory and implementation services to evaluate, design, and configure end-to-end business processes for cross-industry customers. Your expertise in SAP BRIM and S/4HANA solutions will enable you to collaborate closely with customers to ensure their success and deliver value through our service offerings.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consulting services for customers, leveraging SAP BRIM and S/4HANA solutions to drive business innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain business process design documents, functional specifications, and test scripts to ensure quality and consistency.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business requirements, current solution landscapes, and propose newer solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from a customer perspective.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our services and deliver exceptional results for our customers.
