Insurance Industry Placement

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placements team.

This role will be based in Hyderabad but requires a hybrid work arrangement with at least three days spent in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of EB product offerings.
    • Provide claims advocacy and servicing expertise.
    • Stay informed about different insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Research Oriented:
    • Analyze data to identify business opportunities.
    • Conduct in-depth gap analysis for large proposals to meet client needs while maintaining company profitability.
    • Prepare Quotes Comparison Reports (QCR) with valuable insights for clients.
  • Key Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to secure competitive quotes.
    • Regularly visit insurance companies to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Audit, MIS & Reporting:
    • Enter RFQs and proposal details into the database.
    • Generate reports for analysis, including TAT adherence reports and Hit Ratio Analysis.
    • Share status updates with the Head – QMS.
    • Collaborate with auditors, resolve queries, and share information as required.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Corporate Relationship Management or Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Domain knowledge is essential.
  • MBA from a reputable B-School.
