Automation Engineering Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers.
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies for web, API, and mobile platforms.
- Design and execute manual and automated test plans to ensure high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and efficiency.
- Proven experience in automation and manual testing.
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript programming languages.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and quality processes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Proficiency in QA and test management tools.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering processes.
- Collaborate with development and product management teams to integrate quality processes into the software development lifecycle.
- Define and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs.
- Establish and maintain standards for test environments and data management.
- Regularly review and refine quality processes to adapt to changing project needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis on defects and process failures.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
