About the Role

Transforming real-time quality inspection and automation through advanced computer vision and edge AI, our industrial clients span automotive, apparel, pharmaceuticals, and more. These industries require speed, accuracy, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. System Validation & Testing:
  • Test and validate IoT and automation systems prior to deployment.
  • Document and report results with accuracy and completeness.
  1. Deployment & Installation:
  • Pack, ship, and reinstall systems at customer sites.
  • Liaise with customer electronics for integration.
  • Collaborate with assembly line systems for seamless integration.
  1. Customer Training & Support:
  • Conduct training sessions on system operation and maintenance.
  • Provide post-deployment monitoring and ensure system performance.
  1. Maintenance & Team Management:
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for deployed systems.
  • Supervise and support remote/field engineers.
  1. Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare wiring diagrams, connection diagrams, and layout diagrams.
  • Ensure complete deployment documentation for each project.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in deploying IoT and automation systems.
  • Familiarity with cameras, PLCs, servers, and industrial electronics.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for on-site projects.
  • Proficiency in wiring diagrams, layout diagrams, and documentation.
