Job Opening: AI-Powered SDET

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in shaping platforms powered by AI, automation, and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate innovation and deliver flawless releases at scale.

About the Role:
  • This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated automation frameworks and robust test suites for web, mobile, and API applications using Playwright, Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, and many more.
  • The ideal candidate will implement advanced test strategies—functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing powered by agentic AI and large language models (LLMs).
  • Collaboration with product, development, and QA teams is essential to define intelligent test coverage leveraging AI-driven agents, automated defect tracking, and dynamic reporting.
  • The chosen candidate will drive CI/CD pipeline integration for scalable automation; continuously lead improvements in reliability, maintainability, and rapid feedback cycles.
  • Bugs will be investigated, debugged, and root cause analysis performed through LLM-powered workflows and agentic testing solutions.
  • Mentoring junior QA and automation engineers and actively participating in rigorous code and design reviews is also expected.
Key Requirements:
  • A strong proficiency in Java or a similar language; mastery with test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, REST Assured)
  • Proven experience designing and building scalable automation frameworks from scratch
  • Very strong expertise with test automation of Web Apps, complex APIs, Mobile apps
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing
  • Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high coverage and rapid feedback
  • Knowledge of agentic testing applications, practical use of LLMs and AI in testing, and a willingness to experiment with the latest QA tools
  • Understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and structured test reporting
  • Thorough grasp of SDLC, Agile practices, QA methodologies, and team collaboration
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-5 years hands-on experience in SDET/test automation roles
