Key Account Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage end-to-end business performance on Amazon, including Seller Central and Vendor Central.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through optimization of availability, selection, promotion, and visibility.
  • Lead quarterly joint business plans with category teams and vendors.
  • Unlock platform levers, such as Availability, Discoverability, and Buy ability.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize Amazon Ads.
  • Track and improve operational metrics.
  • Manage stock planning for FBA and vendor.
  • Ensure flawless execution during high-opportunity events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Seller Central and Vendor Central ecosystems.
  • Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills and familiarity with Business Reports and Brand Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bias for action, accountability, and agility in a fast-paced environment.
