Dynamic Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive and manage key workstreams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact product improvements and professional services projects aligned with customer service level agreements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple concurrent projects or product tracks, with a proven track record of success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product backlog, translating ideas into product requirements, and working with development teams to plan and deliver continuous product enhancements. Additionally, they will manage professional services projects such as new product deployments and data management implementations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities include conducting customer interviews, applying project management best practices, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on post-release results to assess customer adoption and success.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to prioritize effectively, negotiate trade-offs, and drive outcomes is essential.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working across the full product lifecycle, interacting directly with customers and senior leadership stakeholders, and leveraging Agile methodologies, Product Thinking, SDLC, and modern project management practices.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of product development, customer needs, and industry trends, and will be able to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and managing the product backlog

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall industry experience, including at least 3 years in a Product Owner/Business Analyst role within an IT/Software product company
- Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects or product tracks
- Hands-on experience working across the full product lifecycle
- Experience interacting directly with customers and senior leadership stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
