Merchandising Excellence at a Fashion Leader

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to play a key role in the management of store and vendor relations, customer communications, and product merchandising across multiple channels.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Store & Vendor Relations: Develop strong relationships with retail partners and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination on orders, stock, and payments.
  • Data Management: Regularly update and track all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Product Presentation: Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments that align with promotional campaigns.
  • Customer Experience: Manage direct customer interactions through various channels, providing updates and resolving queries promptly.
  • Brand Alignment: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
  • Requirements
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with stores and vendors.
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and similar platforms.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
