About the Role

The role is a key position within our organization, focusing on driving adoption and engagement for mobile applications across various customer segments.

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for new customer acquisition, driving customer value through cross-sell, win-back, and transaction intensity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Work on initiatives to increase traffic on the bank's channels, analyze user journeys, and collaborate with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams to design targeted campaigns.
  • Product Enhancement: Be the voice of the customer in shaping new features and products, work with Marketing teams to create awareness and engagement campaigns, and co-create user journeys with Digital Product Managers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business/apps (2-6 years).
  • A customer-centric mindset and eye for detail.
  • Prior experience working on campaign management tools and marketing tools like Firebase, Appsflyer.
  • Hands-on experience with data extracting and interpretation tools like SQL, Power BI.
