We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of PF regulations and procedures.
- Manage EPF challan generation processes to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions to maintain data integrity.
- Respond to PF-related queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Perform calculations of Employee Provident Fund contributions with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct quality control checks on PF operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and file statutory reports to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure employee queries are addressed within specified timelines.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in PF Trust or payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of the EPF Act and allied statutory laws.
