We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage end-to-end loan processing for our India branches and servicing activities while ensuring operational efficiency, risk control, and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Job Profile:

Purpose of Role: To oversee the entire loan processing lifecycle for our India operations, guaranteeing high-quality service delivery, compliance with regulations, and efficient process execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for loan processing and related activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational incidents, address customer queries, and provide excellent customer service.
