About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Loan Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Lending Services division, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate administration of commercial loan documentation.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to review and analyze commercial loan documents to identify key terms, enter loan details into our ACBS system of record, and translate key terms from commercial loan documentation into our system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze commercial loan documentation to ensure compliance with applicable SLAs.
  • Enter loan details into the ACBS system of record, including borrower entities, guarantor entities, rate, repayment, accrual, collateral, etc.
  • Understand and interpret the Bank's credit approval document and any applicable credit write-up.
  • Translate key terms from commercial loan documentation into the ACBS system of record.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all servicing-related activity for the bank's direct/bilateral/syndicated loan portfolio.
  • Monitor and perform ACBS system input as needed for the timely administration of rate options, borrowing base adjustments, reduction to revolver schedules, and facility utilization changes.
  • Work directly with agent banks to balance and resolve any issues within the portfolio.
  • Perform daily research and maintenance requests from lending officers and clients.
  • Analyze loan documentation as part of research requests.
  • Respond to client inquiries around loan balance, rate information, loan statement questions, advance and payment inquiries.
