Finance Product Owner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finance Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of the Global Finance Process and Systems Excellence team, you will play a critical role in shaping how we scale our Finance operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving enhancements, enabling system adoption, and supporting the successful delivery of finance process initiatives within our global ERP landscape.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders across functions and geographies.

  • Act as ERP Finance Product Owner for PtP process, ensuring alignment between Finance and Digital teams on system improvements.
  • Manage and drive the ERP Change Request process from initiation through validation and delivery.
  • Coordinate with Global Process Owners and business stakeholders to deliver impactful ERP improvements.
  • Collaborate with ERP rollout teams to support deployment and adoption of new tools or system functionalities.

You will serve as a point of contact for ERP-related questions and system usage support across Finance teams.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating and/or managing cross-functional projects within Group Finance, focusing on process simplification, standardization, and automation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of finance process improvement within PtP process and/or ERP-driven transformation initiatives within a multinational environment.
  • Solid understanding of PtP processes and related system dependencies.
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with Finance ERP systems (SAP 4/Hana and/or D365FO).
