Attracting a Project Manager

To drive projects from concept to completion, we seek an accomplished professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimation & Project Planning:
    • Develop cost estimates and project budgets.
    • Review client specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
    • Assist in preparing proposals and techno-commercial offers.
    • Establish project schedules with milestones and timelines.
  • Site Visits & Client Coordination:
    • Conduct initial site visits to understand scope and constraints.
    • Provide technical input during client meetings and negotiations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project.
  • Design & Technical Coordination:
    • Coordinate with design teams for PEB drawings, anchor bolt layouts, and civil/structural designs.
    • Validate drawings for constructability and practical execution.
    • Ensure timely release of Good for Construction drawings.
  • Production Planning & Procurement:
    • Plan fabrication schedules in line with site requirements.
    • Monitor production progress at factory and ensure quality control.
    • Coordinate procurement of steel, plates, roofing, cladding, and accessories.
    • Track material dispatches to site as per project schedule.
  • Site Execution & Monitoring:
    • Supervise foundation, erection, roofing, cladding, and finishing works.
    • Manage labor, equipment deployment, and subcontractors.
    • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
    • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Project Completion & Handover:
    • Verify snag lists and ensure rectifications before handover.
    • Prepare final documentation including as-built drawings, quality reports, and completion certificates.
    • Conduct client walkthroughs and obtain approvals.
    • Support accounts team in payment milestone certifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, 7-12 years of experience in project management, and expertise in site execution of civil & steel/PEB projects. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office is preferred. Travel may be required to project sites.
