Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of interior and architectural design projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, maintaining high-quality standards.
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants, fostering effective communication.
Quality & Risk Management
  • Implement quality assurance procedures, enforcing compliance with safety standards, and proactively identifying risks or roadblocks.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications & Requirements

We require a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field, along with a minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.

  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects, with strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
