As a seasoned flight expert, you will oversee end-to-end flight operations, intricate itineraries, and high-touch support for discerning clients. You'll collaborate across continents and carriers to ensure precision in ticket issuance, optimal fares, and timely request fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage flight bookings, exchanges, cancellations, and ticket issuance via GDS like Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo.
  • Handle complex multi-city international and round-the-world itineraries.
  • Apply airline fare rules and interline agreements to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Act on PNRs within defined SLAs and maintain complete documentation across systems.
  • Coordinate fare optimization, refunds, and fare disputes directly with airline partners.
  • Manage special requests, including seat preferences, unaccompanied minors, meals, medical needs, and urgent ticketing issues.
  • Lead Debit Memo Management: Investigate and respond to ADMs promptly, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce ADM occurrences through staff training, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Own BSP and ARC workflows with precision from airline invoicing to reconciliation and reporting.

Requirements:

You will require 5+ years of experience in flight ticketing for HNI clients, travel agencies, OTAs, or corporate desks. Proficiency in at least one GDS is necessary. A deep understanding of international travel fare construction and route planning is essential. Expertise in BSP, ARC, PNR management, ticket issuance, and airline invoicing is required. IATA Foundation or Consultant Certification is mandatory. Polished verbal communication, attention to detail, and calm under pressure are also essential.
