Primary Responsibilities


Ensure seamless guest experiences by maintaining consistent cleanliness standards in assigned rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional service through alert, courteous, and helpful interaction with guests and colleagues.
Clean assigned rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Report any matters affecting Novotel Hyderabad Airport's interests to management promptly.

People Management


Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest satisfaction.
Interact with guests and staff in an efficient and friendly manner, providing effective support to the team.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver high-level service standards consistently.

Operational Management


Inspect room linens before placing them in rooms and return substandard items to Housekeeping.
Adhere to posted schedules and report to work on time.
Change soiled linens daily and remake beds.
Follow lost and found procedures strictly.
Maintain floor pantries, corridors, and fire exits to standard.
Equip rooms with linen, amenities, and other essentials according to standards.
Respect guests' property by never removing articles from occupied rooms.
Report any blankets, bed spreads, or equipment requiring replacement to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor of assigned rooms with 'Do Not Disturb' signs or other special requests.
Report any malfunctioning equipment to the Housekeeper.
Adhere to the hotel's mission statement and departmental policies.
Take responsibility for master keys assigned to you.
Report any loss or damage to the Floor Supervisor.

Requirements


Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management.
Fresher or 6-12 months of relevant experience.
Excellent English language skills, with the ability to speak other languages an advantage.
