Education Counselor Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to guide prospective students through the admission process for our undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in counselling prospective students on program selection and providing detailed information about UG & PG courses, maintain accurate records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries, conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms, convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions, and collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering excellent service and building rapport with customers.
  • Effective communication skills with strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet goals and objectives.
  • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills to manage day-to-day activities efficiently.
