Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in driving conversions, training counselors, and ensuring effective case management for Russell Group universities.

This challenging yet rewarding position involves guiding students with accurate and up-to-date information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counseling for the UK, in-depth knowledge of Russell Group universities, and the ability to provide personalized guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle offer holders and drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities.
  • Provide accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with counselors, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management.
  • Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counseling and personalized guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in student counseling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
