As a Senior Academic Advisor, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective learners and their families, providing expert guidance to support their career aspirations.

You will facilitate the navigation of our upskilling offerings in key domains such as digital marketing, design, content strategy, and paid media. Key responsibilities include:

  • Counselling sessions to detail available upskill courses, certification paths, eligibility, curriculum benefits, tools taught, and expected career outcomes.
  • Addressing queries regarding course tools and software, entry-level requirements, and program pathways.

Career Guidance & Lead Management

  • Managing and nurturing inbound leads through various communication channels.
  • Employing consultative counselling paired with soft closing techniques to achieve enrolment targets.

Enrolment Goal Achievement

  • Meeting monthly and quarterly enrolment targets while maintaining high standards of transparent and ethical counselling.
  • Fostering trust-based relationships ensuring prospects have clarity and confidence throughout the admission journey.

Data-Driven Insights & Collaboration

  • Documenting all lead interactions, updating CRM records, lead status, follow-up plans, and outcome updates.
  • Generating clear reports to support tracking of lead conversion rates and counselling effectiveness.

Cross-functional Partnerships

  • Liaising with the marketing and program teams to align on messaging, domain-specific course content, and recruitment strategies.
