Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Female only)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic female Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to meet set targets. This is a full-time position where commitment and dedication are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding academic programs, career options, and course selection.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales/admission targets within the given timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Collaborate with the team to organize seminars, events, and workshops.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with dedication and achieve targets.
• Prior experience in counselling/admissions/sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
