
Branch Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intern. As an Intern, you will be responsible for handling walk-in enquiries, supporting customers at the branch for KYC and documentation upkeep.
You will also provide exceptional customer service, orient new customers, and engage in cross-selling of products within the branch.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for collecting interest payments, calling existing customers to update them on collection, and performing backend tasks at the branch.
In addition, you will prospect and identify new leads, pitch services to existing customers, and manage all aspects of customer relationships.
Finally, you will conduct win-back calls to retain customers.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
You should also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
