Job Overview:

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our retail liabilities team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute plans to enhance the deposit pool from customers, leveraging sales skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sell non-deposit products to customers, achieving cross-selling targets and growing revenue.
• Manage fee income and branch administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency.
• Lead and motivate the branch team, fostering productivity and morale.
• Oversee the branch's financial performance, driving break-even and profitability.

Requirements:

• 6 years of banking experience, with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities.
• Demonstrated sales experience and exposure to liabilities products.
• Possess a strong understanding of financial instruments, markets, and economic processes.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on tactical execution.
