About Customer Success at FieldAssist
FieldAssist is a leading SaaS technology platform that transforms route-to-market capabilities of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies across the value-chain. As a Customer Success Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing exceptional customer experience and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution
• Conduct in-depth training sessions for client project stakeholders on using the FieldAssist platform
• Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Guide clients on product features and how to use them
• Drive client scale-ups to reach enterprise-level penetration
• Update clients about new feature developments and enhancements according to client business requirements
• Monitor user product adoption and usage
• Configure and demonstrate the product to clients pre-execution, if needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
Requirements
• Engineering graduates with 0-2 years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
• Go-getter attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented attitude
• Enthusiasm about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude
