Site Manager Lead

As a seasoned manager, you will lead the implementation of the site's master plan for packaging and departmental level operations. Your expertise in manufacturing excellence (ManEx) and ability to drive business growth through process improvement are crucial to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Governance: Develop and implement the site ManEx master plan, aligning all departments towards common goals.
  • People Development: Lead teams to develop capabilities, implement training programs, and maintain consistency of approach through ManEx practices.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide expert leadership on loss and waste reduction, participate in improvement projects using DMAIC methodology, and engage in daily operational review meetings to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Establish regular meetings to drive engagement and momentum, support task forces, and lead deployment of ManEx practices.
