Actuarial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial professional to join our team in a leadership capacity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach junior actuaries on modeling techniques and best practices.
  • Develop and implement new models using VBA, SQL, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Identify and address differences between legacy software and new models.
  • Ensure that work is processed as per agreed quality standards for correctness and fairness.
  • Monitor and maintain data security and adhere to local and corporate governance controls.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the actuarial field.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in VBA, SQL, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
