Primary Responsibilities:

Understand and interpret the key drivers of health care trends; projecting expected revenue and costDevelop pricing methodologies and assumptionsConduct and evaluate studies on pricing, utilization and health care costsPerform mathematical analyses and actuarial modeling to provide management with statistical findings and conclusionsPerform quantitative analysis of actuarial, financial, utilization and costs dataAnalyze forecasts and trends to help leaders make decisionsAnticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet themServes as a key resource on complex and/or critical issuesReviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvementLead analysts in to support and enhance the forecasting & reporting requirements of various clientsLead teams to deliver quality results against aggressive timelines and across multiple projects while maintaining process standards and controlsEffectively define and manage deadlines for projects that help meet overall team goalsDevelop trusted and effective relationships with leaders in other areas of the company that we supportIdentify inefficiencies in process and models and proactively take steps to implement changesComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Economics, or another related technical field from an accredited college/university13+ years of total relevant work experience in HealthCare domain5+ years of actuarial / analytics experience in the US healthcare marketExperience building models using SAS or SQL or other programming systemUnderstanding of statistical concepts and probability Advanced Proficiency in SAS (Statistical Analysis System) or SQL (Structure Query Language) or other programming systemProven solid written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with senior management#Exetech
