If you are a Technical Program Manager who takes pride in what you deliver and passionate about building highly scalable applications, we have a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager cum delivery lead focused on delivering digital engineering applications. You will lead delivery of small teams and help us to meet requirements with clients.


Primary Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to multiple scrum teamsManage end to end project - requirement, development, testing, planning, coordination, and communication with clientsTake ownership of managing budget, timeline, and quality of end productCoach and mentor other developers in the teamComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

12+ years of progressive experience in IT7+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering5+ years of experience as delivery lead or project/program manager5+ years of experience using Rally, Microsoft project and other similar PM tools2+ years of experience migrating applications to the cloud2+ years of Agile delivery experience2+ years of experience working on an agile team2+ years of cloud experience with Azure (Preferable), GCP, AWSBroad understanding of cloud native technologies like Rational and No SQL data bases, modern front end technology stacks, modern integration technologies, stream processing, DevSecOps#ExcTech


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodologyExperience working in a DevOps modelHealthcare industry experienceProven solid communication and problem solving skillsProven ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
